Early retirement is close. Is it smart to jump now or should I wait? My wife says take the plunge since her insurance covers us, but I'm still not sure.

Do you prefer Saturdays or Mondays? :) ...
Make a list of what's holding you back. Then research and learn so you can make the jump when it's right for you.

You are a 401k & Pension millionaire if you 30 years with USAA. Agree asking financial planner. However why bother & tolerate life of corporate slavery in USAA where you have freedom of choice.

You should call fidelity and take advantage of the financial planners as part of our retirement plan, so a licensed fiduciary can give you reassurance with your actual numbers. Just call the company benefit line and choose the fidelity option.
