Since I left a few months ago, I'm a new man. I didn't even realize how bad that place had become for my health. If you're finding yourself adding more and more medication on your list, try finding something else. You'll be shocked how your health will improve once you're out of there.

Honeywell is absolute cancer. The incompetence, corruption, and utter chaos is astonishing. They waste millions and millions yet have nothing to show for it. If you have IT issues (and you will), just ask a bot. As useless as the bot (Red) is, it’s less useless than the “humans” in IT.
And if IT isn’t useless enough, try working with HR.
Just a dumpster fire of a company.
I believe Honeywell has amazing talent at an individual level but the culture itself is broken, sadly. The culture however is an output of how individuals work, which means that it can change! Be more proud of the work that you do individually. Stop complaining about the system.
I gave good 10 years of my life to Honeywell and I admire what it gave me. However, the last few years were just utter chaos and it took a huge toll on my wellbeing with all the toxicity and unnecessary political pressure. I took on a larger role at another company and even though the hours are worse, I feel I am treated with dignity and the company and its work is relevant. Like another poster said, some of the best people are the ones from good old Honeywell which is long gone.
It’s really about separating yourself from an environment where there isn’t a group of palace eunuchs constantly plotting how they can try to stab you in the back.
Anyone who stops working for months has improved mental health. This has nothing to do with Honeywell.
Intelligent people will realize that you must separate outcome from action, disassociate yourself with attachment, and realize the principle as above so below. The power is in your own mind and in your grasp. Not your manager but you.
Do the needful. Focus on your spirituality and your soul.
I left recently from a “good” part of HT and while I miss a lot wonderful former colleagues the environment at my new employer is vastly better.
You are not the only one, just looked at Linkedin all HR left from the he-l too.
