Finally took the leap and got an offer that blew me away. I won't say the grass is guaranteed to always be greener, but I can tell you this: good things happen when you leave your comfort zone.

@xw I adopted the same attitude a long time ago. It’s worked for 12 years now! I’ve worked with some great people that I’ll miss when I leave but I won’t miss the company.
@OP What made you finally take the leap? I day dream about being somewhere else, but am paralyzed by fear. I tell myself that it’s not that bad and at least I have a job.
