Good employees who see others advance while they're stuck become bad employees in the end. I've seen it happen many times at TD. This place is really good at turning good employees into bad ones.

Management plays favorites and keeps a$$kissers on like they would in a successful company. That’s not going to work here.
I do agree with this point, personally I was put on dead end projects with just basic maintenance and direct costumer engagement, while I saw others work on cooler newer projects. This personally let my skills degrade, and I lost all motivation for work and became super burnt out with all the on call work. The layoff was the best thing to happen to me personally.
