Could someone from management please let us know what the plans are for the three GSCs? At this point, we don't care anymore lol, we just want some clarity on whether layoffs are coming and, if so, when so we can prepare accordingly.

Mar 31 2027 or sooner. All August “collective dismissal” announcements share similar dates.
Graduated work end dates for various GSC teams include: Sept 30, Oct 31, Dec 31, Jan 31 and Mar 31.
The GSC folks that became 3M corporate were NOT saved from Genpact, their employment execution was merely postponed!
Just ask the ones who have already been given notice.
