Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

DO NOT WORK HERE

its a sh---y place to work, its a sweat shop where employees are treated badly. H1b workers/contractors be careful before joining, you will be under constant threat, fear and micro-management. Be very careul from the indian managers they are the worst, and extremely incompetent, constant org politics goes on here and constantly different teams are fighting with each oher, also constant outsourcing to India is another part of the story, be very careful beore joining unless the work cuture improves.

OP must work in Third Party International Risk/Supply Chain because knives are always out over here! Super toxic environment with a terrible Director that is still hanging on by a thread from the Charlotte office that’s going to fold into Third Party. Sigh….

Do they really think people sit all day and nothing when wfh? They must, because how against they are about wfh. Get with the times.

I'll never understand why anyone would would ever have to go to an office ever again. Laptops exist. Really no reason too.

The damage being done to a once-proud bank is incalculable. Assuming the next CEO is borderline competent, it will take him/her YEARS to repair a total train wreck. In fact, it may be beyond repair.

I feel sorry for the college grads that get su-ked in. I told my kid to avoid Wells like the plague. This is where careers die every other Tuesday. Pathetic leadership

@a3 I would say only if one is desperate for a job, but still continue to look if you take the job would be the practical advice.

If you're locked in and have good PTO allocation and are entitled to severance if displaced, that's one thing, but I would not advise anyone freshly looking for a job to take one here, there's no reason.
