Historically, we see org changes and layoffs in September/October. No one really knows but we are good at reading the signs. Anyone reading anything?

Just went through multiple reorgs. They haven't failed enough yet to warrant new ones.
Seeing more hiring than ever actually
Quarterly layoffs will continue until morale improves.
Luckily those are targeted to support restructuring and changes in resource allocation. Contrary to everything in this forum, the higher you are in the food chain the more you have to be worried of these small cuts.
The only others that need to be concern are those low performers who are add ons. You know who you are working 10-4 with a 2 hour lunch.
On to the next one in 4 weeks!
I think layoffs are pretty much done and wouldn't expect any more within the next few years. If anything, I think they'll be hiring a lot more people and we'll be a whole lot less swamped.
