The 800 nurses working under the utilization review umbrella were lied to or was it a bait and switch? The nurses were told a new work hour schedule was in the works -the nurses would be notified this week and the new hours would start Monday 8/31/26
Today in an email that was very flip they ignored the fact they LIED and said the schedule would be released next week to start 09/30/26 Humana Values Really — Golden Rule — NO

The leader, initials SB, is truly incompetent and immature.
their own policy says they have to give 30 days notice. Once the new hours are in place so that’s why they’re waiting because their own policy sc--wed them.
