I'm not there anymore but I did enjoy the Q&A when a question sneaks in there where he gets so defensive and annoyed that someone would dare undermine is lofty ambitions lol
Running the org into the ground
With all the P1s and P2s going on, I can’t imagine his outlook is good.
Hagermans arm should be in a sling with shoulder issues from all the pats on the back he gives himself. He can sell his BS another year or so while claiming he hasn’t rooted out all the people fighting change. AI is a great tool, but you have to use it as a tool. In banking it is not replacing people at this point but if you use it properly it can make your job a lot easier. I will say you have to know your job to use it properly otherwise cr-p in, cr-p out!
Wells Fargo to the rescue
New CEO coming in, TD&O has had plenty of issues under Steve Hagerman, and B.B. keeps reorganizing RMO like moving boxes around the org chart is a substitute for competent leadership.
I wouldn’t love Steve’s odds.
And B.B.’s leadership strategy seems to be: reorg, rename, repeat, then act surprised when nothing improves.
