I think it’s about time to employ these “small” business losers and run it like a real insurance company

@b3 Haven’t you heard? We really don’t pay them anymore. And we don’t provide any benefits, either.
I would be fine with AI agents considering the human agents aren’t very helpful IMO. I already have to fill out all the information myself and I’m usually stuck talking to their staff instead of them.
AI claims agents are definitely coming. They already have discussions with Anthropic to automate some parts of the claims process.
