Why do you all think that it's going to be just before Stock Together. You realize that these do not immediately vest, right? It doesn't matter if they do not do a single layoff from now until March when it comes to Stock Together. All remaining unvested amounts go right back to the company immediately.
stock awards should be only given to the people that do real work NOT Senior Directors who call into conference calls from the boat in Miami
