@k3 The reality shows that "top performers" are not so much top for a number of years now. Otherwise Q would be in a different position.
When you lay off your top performers and replace them with cheap labor, this is what you get.
We see many past superstars being passed aside and defeated by office politics and nepotism. They have what it takes to shine again.
