Do we expect cuts, whether as RA or PIP, to take effect (i.e. victim out of the company) at the end of September, before the start of 4Q2026?
If so, when would the people affected likely find out?

If they want to take the charge in Q3 and report the estimated Q4 impact on the next earnings call, then it has to be done by September 30. Doing it on October 1 would make no sense at all.

I think RAs in IBM will come in september-october. You just have to see all the PIP, RAs comments in this website...

It seems, you intent to get information for free, and you are not disclosing anything about its future use.
That would make sense as to why September. Fiscal quarter change?
