How many have experienced racist managers in Tech? Seems like it seems to be very prevalent. HR aware of this?

@ag hiring based on merit isn't racist. Hiring to achieve diversity goals, on the other hand, is. Cut out that woe is me victim mentality bs
Employee Relations always side with Indian managers. We don't stand a chance against racists here
I like this post, but my response after:
"Indians only hire their own. That's why it's imperative that Congress passes legislation to ban all H1Bs and to prohibit any American owned companies doing business in the USA to hire only US citizens."
This got a lot of likes and I am one of them - problem is the very solution you recommend. CONGRESS - they all (both sides) have been bought and paid for so many times over this will never happen. Please do not think any of our current or future "legislators" are in it for our benefit - garbage in, garbage out.
Not just in tech. I've witnessed special care being given to spanish speakers over non-spanish speaking employees. Even if there is some concrete evidence theres no point in reporting anything. Investigations treats it like the Supreme Court does, they say well we don't have video and they didn't confess soooo meh.

Racism is likely to flourish and exist anywhere you don’t see diversity. It’s called silent racism!
Duplicity yes , deceitfulness in speech or behavior yes , racism no - at least not me - been here 10 years.
