Severance is based on how many years a person has worked here. The longer you've worked here the more severance you will get. But there is a cap. So people that have worked here a long time are getting sc--wed.
@OP I ts absolutely true!! Its terrible!! And hardly getting anything for a severance package
I heard they are not hiring?...What area is hiring?
The rep position got eliminated and some management positions. More low levels positions will be added no eliminated
