Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is it possible to negotiate severance?

Or is it "sign this or get nothing?"

Possible but probably not worth your time. You have no leverage.

Give you a better severance or what? You'll quit?

Well, what leverage do you to negotiate.

Think about what company we're talking about, and then consider how much Wells actually cares about the impacted employees . this is a multi-year walk of shame for the folks that are still hanging on. What leverage do you actually have to negotiate with?

Always speak to a lawyer before signing anything.
