Can I use vacation hours during my notice period? BNY doesn’t payout left over vacation hours. Sh---y

I was told I met my salary band this year but was not given what the ranges are for my salary. Can someone share what the ranges are and the titles.

With all those so willing to be laid off, why don’t they take volunteers for buy out instead of laying off? Wouldn’t that be more efficient?
