For those who plan on leaving before bonuses get paid out in February, what are your thoughts on signing that agreement document? I seriously doubt BNYM will mail checks to terminated employees, so I expect not to be eligible once notice is given.

Will the money that is being used to sponsor this event come out of the employees raises for next year or senior managements bonuses?

are they going to be cr-p again this year? will it be slightly better since so many people quit and opened up the pool (wishful thinking ik) ? that great resignation will come even harder come 2022 if they don't compensate us well.
