Annual Merit Increase - Below or Above your Monthly Car Payment?
Other than the year that everyone got 0%, I have never had an annual increase that was less than one monthly car payment before. Until this year! After taxes, my merit increase won't even cover one full tank of gas each month. Shameful. — read more
This is BS
Some teams, (GCM, AS, Pershing) have employees who receive bonuses which are equal to and greater than the base salary. There is no consistency. Very frustrating, clearly the "have's" and "have nots".
