Is severance package based on org or location and YOE at the firm? What is the package in CTO / CAA / GPA groups in Tampa and Irving? Unless these groups are exempted from upcoming layoffs as they are mainly technology

If you survive the first round, do not assume you are safe there will of course be 2 maybe even 3/4 rounds at the mid levels and below. That means avp, vp etc... Stay safe!
