We are struggling just like everyone else, things are not good, and if prices continue to slide there will be more problems for everybody. I hope things recover quickly and we do not lay off many people.

We will see what the next year brings, I hope we'll be in a good shape and that we have enough reserves to go through 2015 without major layoffs.
