This really used to be a good company, but the banking marketing is shrinking and we are losing customers much faster than we can replace them by lying to new ones. The DNA lies are now catching up to us. Stupid purchases over the years and no one... — read more
Make a plan and stick with it
I know it's cathartic to come here and vent about the company but if that's the only thing you're doing you're in trouble. Take some time to make a plan about your future and start implementing it. It doesn't have to be anything major, but at least... — read more
What do you
folks think of Guy C. Is he a stand up leader.
Jack Henry has positions
For those of you just laid off, JHA is looking fit solid employees. Check is out! Been there 13 years and while we have laid off a handful, never mass cuts. 2008 Financial Crisis, 0 people laid off! Great culture and committed execs.
I've had enough
I no longer have any dilemma, I accepted the offer which implies a slightly lower pay than the one I have now, but I will not have to do work for three people. The amount of work has only grown in recent months and I can’t take it anymore, nor do I... — read more
RTO ultimatum
Was just told at 4:30 Friday if I am not in the office Monday it is considered my two week notice. For weeks we have been told it would be a gradual return and now this!!!??? What happened to this company?
It looks like they fired people that didn't want to come back into the office.
Going through the list of people I know who got laid off, and almost all of us said we didn't feel it was safe to come back in that survey they put out. So I guess that 'anonymous' survey wasn't so anonymous.
New Hire here, what did I get myself into?
Was just made aware of the huge layoff where multiple teams that my group supports have been affected. It's pretty surprising to me that Fiserv is going through with layoffs in this economic climate. Most places are hurting for employees. Was also... — read more
All I know is that I wouldn’t like to be a survivor
It is a disaster what those at the top are doing. Not only to employees but to this company in general. Knowing that after every layoff I survived the situation here has only gotten worse, never better, this time for that very reason I hope to be on... — read more
Get in the office or else!
Leaders, or should I say Frank’s puppets, will be delivering messages to their teams that they MUST return to the office or else. So much for the Fiserv family bu-----t. I wouldn’t treat my least liked cousin this way. Frank is the WORST person to... — read more
Layoffs - but it's not February yet
or is this part of Frank's new and improved leadership style - to lay off people just in time for the holiday season? It seems his speed. Fortunately The Great Resignation is in full swing, and lots of better companies are hiring (Well, most... — read more
The HR shills
You know the HR shills can and will post on here all day long. (Obviously nothing better to do) However, what I know for a fact and what is real is this - the number of people working at Fiserv (Should really be called First Data) who are... — read more
Stand your ground.
Just a reminder that Fiserv is a business driven by SLA. They may try to hard ball us into returning to a dreary work environment but if enough people complain or put up protest they will bend. Their SLA and revenue depends on it.
A little support
I don’t know if I felt more sorry or glad when I heard they laid off a man whom I knew as a great employee. I don’t even know why it surprised me when he said he got laid off because Fiserv has laid off some of the best people even before. Why am... — read more
Great job Frank. Running Fiserv into the ground.
Stock hasn’t done anything since the merger three years ago. Go stare at the charts. It was on a constant climb prior. Now. Nothing. And now we have RIFFs. Because revenue is up but your expenses are too high. So instead of being a leader you just... — read more
Company wide layoffs.
Just got laid off. Part of a 'company wide reduction in force.'
Got told I'm being laid off yesterday.
My last day is 10/14 and I am getting a severance.
Change Resistant
Amazing to me the number of people who post here that are change resisters. Everyday our industry is changing, everyday the world is changing. In fact the only constant is now change. Get with the program or be prepared to be surprised when you... — read more
Steer Clear
Awful, uncaring culture. The rhetoric from the top shows how disconnected they are from reality. Nothing is organized or strategic. Everything is reactive. Poor usage of talent. Tone deaf when it comes to returning to the office. Forcing a return... — read more
September 11
Yesterday the nation remembered coming together. Although I know not if any Fiserv employees past were lost, this is a day that should remind all the FD and FS posters that there are more important things that combat on this platform.
Pathetic HR
I find it pathetic that they blast out emails regarding 'The Great Return' AFTER business hours on a Friday! Am I vaccinated? None of your business! MY medical records are NOT yours!
Are you
All still planning on a $200 stock by year end?
Clover Inventory Issues

I feel miserable

Site Closures?
Anyone have any info on any potential site closures?
Did they lose control?
More people are leaving than ever. Has Fiserv lost control and can no longer keep anyone, or is that what Fiserv really wants - as many people as possible leaving on their own?
Understaffed and extremely tired
They have no intention of doing anything about the chronic shortage of people, do they? I’m afraid it’s going to get worse here because a lot of people are leaving just because of that. There’s a lot of pressure on them because of the shortage of... — read more
Who is hiring people over 50?
I am in my early 50s and I was cut about a year ago. I spent two months trying to find a job in my field with comparable pay with no success. In the end, I decided that any job was better than no job but to say I'm unhappy would be an understatement... — read more
Why are people here overworked, and for nothing?
If they want me back in an office, my work will suffer but i guess id get my life back. No more 10+ hour days. This is true. I don't know a lot of people who don't work over 8 hours here every day, for nothing. Talking to some colleagues, they... — read more
What percentage of people would prefer to look for a new job?

Vax Status of US associates required
It is 8/23 and suddenly the company is requiring vax status by friday. I wonder is this will be used in Frank's layoff target.
117 and rising!
See what happened to fis and global the past month…as predicted we out performed them and the market is reacting with our stock up and theirs down. Great job team, keep in going!
In layoff news
Frank has demanded a blanketed 5% reduction in headcount to “make his numbers.” Read that again. All employees are numbers. Numbers representing how much and how long you are in the office, how much you cost him, and how are you contributing to his... — read more
