I’m seeing only 10 paid days for new employees in Cisco. Usually other companies offer 14-28 paid days based on joining time and service. Is this correct or am I mistaken? Also is the work life balance in UI/UX teams any good?

Give me a break. dont keep trying to sell me on this pile of cr-p. I takes forever to get through to talk to a person, and then they start quizzing me on my mobile phone service? NO...dont even! I tell em I use a soft phone on my TRS80, that confuses them.

Head of UX Design at Strategy & Transformation was dismissed this week. Role terminated immediately. He clearly won’t be missed considering his reputation and poor legacy. What other senior roles at S&T were impacted this week?

Under murky rationale the head of Oracle Design left the company. Oracle has made great strides in UX (redwood.oracle.com) but the future is not clear. Everything is “AI” but with no real strategy.
