Layoffs in India
Why? I thought the whole point of these WFRs was to cut costs and move the workforce overseas for cheap labor. Then how in the f--- is this supposed to make sense. Are execs just completely f---ed in the head?
Which is worse: Meg or Carly?
Carly started HP's tumble, but it seems like her actions were a drop in the bucket compared to the damage Meg Whitman has caused. Thoughts?
HPE keeping track of employee IT consumption
Anyone else get the email from HPE showing a report of how much we cost the company in terms of Skype, Conferencing, and SharePoint? Big Brother is watching!
My benefits are going up 55%.
Going to CSC. My benefits are going up 55%. Getting us "in line" with CSC benefits package. Dusting off my resume now. We can't cut anymore, as our techs are burned out.
Does HPE have a customer quality team?
..and if so, what the hell is going on with our products and our customer service? I heard that customer service is absolutely horrendous and no one likes dealing with HPE customer support. Shipping everything to india and offshoring to bangalore has... — read more

bashing the competition
Is it just me or does HPE love to bash the competition? I'm listening to Bill Philbin talk about how it is not a good time to be in EMC / Dell, NetApp, IBM and so on but it is a great time to be at HPE. Do other companies talk badly about HPE? I... — read more

Mike Nefkens on the way out
For the HPE/CSC spin off folks, the rumor is Mike is mulling over, meaning his adviser is looking over employment contracts to exit after the HPE/CSC merger is complete.

2017 Severance Payments
Are they any rumors or confirmed news about the plans for reducing our severance payment here at HPE for 2017. I am not interested in HP Inc. info, please post only HPE info (we had many posts here where people mix companies and it's time that we... — read more
I too will be leaving HPE
I am one of several on our team that took the 90% off-shore target seriously. Either through the on-going layoffs or bright sizing (the bright ones bail).
HPE and Silicon Valley

Changes coming to severance package on 11/1?
I saw a post buried in another thread that the HPE severance package was dropping down to 4 weeks starting on 11/1. Can anyone confirm this?
Meg and Hillary
Anybody else notice that one of the first persons that Hillary sought out after the final debate (she gave her a hug) was none other than Meg herself. Looks like the cabinet is in her future.
product manger
there is a cut of about 25% in the whole marketing team and there is a cut of about 15% in engineering and the entire ATG team is now gone !! so there is atleast 2000 layoffs on their way !! sad !!
