The first round seemed to be lower performance based and people on write ups.. but what stats did they use this time, if any? Seems like some higher performing people were let go this round. At this point is it just randomized?

There were layoffs announced in Correspondent Lending today. I am located in Jacksonville and I am one of the impacted employees.

Please post updates/any information on future layoffs here. With so many lay offs is it still reasonable to expect it to go thru 9/29? If so, is it going to be the same depts and states?

Even if you survive this round of layoffs, the wisest thing is to never stop looking for a new job. Because, for those who survive, I believe it will be harder than ever, and who knows what will happen at the end of the Q4.
