How strict is your location about wfh? We are on a hybrid schedule but they do not make ANY exceptions. Either call out or go in the office for us….. sounds pretty crazy when we can just WFH and not miss a day

Nowadays, if you don't close on time then you may end up losing your earnest deposit. I am precarious if Chase would be right choice for mortgage loan and would they be able to close fast? or should I choose a local lender?
