How does going to a smaller bank affect resumes?

Someone mentioned that they recommend going to a smaller bank, where there is a lot less stress. I was thinking about that too. However, I used to work in a much smaller bank. I took the job at Chase very seriously because I considered it a great... — read more

Trying to secure the job by doing extra work?

I know, I know, there is no such thing as a secure job, however, that still doesn’t mean that people aren’t trying to figure out a way to secure a job. From what I read here, I seem to be in a minority doing extra work without expecting any reward... — read more

Why is it bad for Chase if employees WFH?

No one has answered that yet. Is it really bad for Chase if employees work from home and why? Or going back to the office still has to do with that Suzy Sunshine culture that someone mentioned in the previous thread? If I don't come to the... — read more

If you are older, your prospects here are not good

Every new round of cuts proves this further. It seems that older employees with higher pay are specifically targeted. Yes, younger employees are included as well but that seems more like a precautionary measure to avoid age discrimination lawsuits... — read more

Are you doing someone else's job?
