In March 2014, JPMorgan Chase cut 165 workers from its Chatsworth mortgage-processing office, and six months before additional 300 were let go. People knew it though.

The whole industry is messed up. I think we have away too many branches and the org is bloated. It's hard to do anything, you need approvals for every single thing, a lot of red tape.
