I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this, but I have noticed my leadership becoming real distant. You can feel something is going on.

Does anyone have solid knowledge if any more lay offs are coming for Optum. CA? Departments/target date for layoffs? Thank you.

Has anyone that was RIF’d on April 18th received their severance yet? Also, why are laid off employees beholden to pay cycles for their severance? We’re not employees anymore. It’s not a paycheck. Some of us need this money.

Or is it only other areas of Optum?

Today my entire business unit was notified of a reduction of force. July 15th is the separation date. My business unit is CPS Provider Communications. Completely su-ks that a cyber attack closed an entire business unit.

Does anyone have some reliable info on the next RIF date? I am hearing July 18th but based on past RIFs, the 18th is not an appropriate week. So far the H&CC is losing BCBS. What other insurances are not renewing?
