In your time here at optum, has this been the worst? I’ve been told people haven’t seen it this bad in over 10 years. I want to know, if I survive layoffs, is it even worth trying to grow, or will I also eventually be cut?

I don't know why people are so certain there'll be layoffs today. We just had a major round, what would be the point of having another one so soon after?
