when is it happening? does it affect India office?
we have to understand that reorgs can happen forever but nothing will change as long as same senior leadership team with no vision (talking about you C-level, VP etc) in place. real obstacle is the leadership team with no vision playing politics because they have no other skills, really
@12z 80 people to send mass emails and turn '50% discount' on is more than enough.
As if anyone thinks 800 people is a reasonable size for Digital when market eCom does all the work running the business with 10% of that. Whatever reorg it is; it is too late and not deep enough.
