I am exhausted spending nights and weekends to meet leadership’s expectations! Then they pile on more work! AI trainings? Spend 3 hours to learn something we’ve all been using for the past year. Quarterly Connects? Waste 6 hours every quarter writing BS that goes nowhere. Meetings? Spend multiple hours every day, get nothing done, and still have questions afterwards. The buck stops here! Management is a failure at every level. If you work here and still think this company will be around in 5 years, you are mistaken. If you own stock, sell immediately. Get out while you can

@bj Today, the fabulous leader in AI dipped below 26 but clawed it way to 27.06! Amazing! I heard Snowflake may need to shut its doors with TDC rocketing forward. 😀
@19p just from the response we know they're a manager. Explains TD culture.
Teradud down below 28. Apparently these perfect employees aren’t pulling their weight. And stock price matters. It shows the market’s opinion on how “well” Teradud is doing.
@ab You are a lonely pathetic incel that lives in mommy's basement
@as I still cant be dissuaded its not SM himself.
@ab Another uplifting post from our resident perfect employee. Please identify yourself and your department so we can research your amazing performance and emulate your excellence. That’s the least you can do for the company you love.
@an Very true. He’s on the chopping block but may not know it yet. Can you imagine having to work with a self-important twit like him? Management looks at how people work and play well with others. If I was his manager, he would have been gone yesterday.
Your response is unnecessarily cruel and disrespectful.
Ironically, you signed your hateful screed with the pseudonym of, "NotOnTheChoppingBlock".
Are you sure about that? Things have a way of changing, and nothing is chiseled in stone, when it comes to job security/careers these days.
- Quite often, arrogance masks insecurity and fear.
It's a coping mechanism, but very easy to see through.
You seem to be quite unnerved, and deal with it by lashing out at others via faux-arrogance, in an unsuccessful attempt to intimidate and convince others and yourself that your job is "secure".
LOLZ
Best of luck with that.
@ab Super-engineer is back trying to justify why a growing company won’t take him with his out of date skills. Poor little guy. Caught up in his fantasy world.
You’re a lazy, useless waste of a paycheck who spends more time crying on forums than doing actual work. Nights and weekends? That’s called having a job, you entitled soft body. If “meetings and AI trainings” are too much for your fragile little ego, maybe the problem isn’t leadership. It’s that you’re a low output dead weight who can’t keep up. Get your head in the game or get the fu-k out of the way so someone who actually produces can take your seat. Nobody cares about your burnout s-b story. Perform or get cut.
Teradata thinks that being productive means making sure your calendar is full of meetings. No work is actually being accomplished, but everyone sure is busy giving weekly status updates. And since they've laid off so many people, no one is sure who's responsibility anything is, so better have more meetings to try to figure out who is doing what.
