I'm convinced they're purposely hiring the lowest quality of people because those people don't try to negotiate pay and hours.
They're there to fill the schedule on paper.
@5kv Lots of angry, bitter, DEI people. And they are just so intolerable to even stand next to. They just fester in rage and hate towards everybody and everything. I honestly avoid them at all costs.
I can honestly tell ya, they hire people, but they're just barely functional. One guy , He rides a skateboard. He thought all the food in the break room was for free. He was just taking stuff and eating it all day. Total weirdo. I avoided talking to him at all. And they cut him before his 90 days. Why did they ever hire him to begin with? That's what everybody's asking with the most fractional part of a brain. It's not that they're not hiring. And then they'll hire. They hired a 75-year-old guy to work freight. Did you hear me? 75. He could barely walk. He showed up for a week and quit. We know Lowe's why you do it. You want your hiring credit for tax write-offs. But you're really making it hard for everybody else.
@OP Management tells us they're going to get us help. And then when they hire people, they're mostly all DEI or potheads or people who don't have cars and ride skateboards to work. And completely useless. They think showing up is the hardest part of the day.

Specialist are clearly on the way out .Ai .Also way too many ASM's at every store.My store has 6 last count,doing nothing .
