Thread regarding Nokia Corp. layoffs

@78h They are not even executive quality. They don't even have a strategy, nor they know anything about the products of their business. One executive only knows how to push Cursor tool. You don't need much of a brain to do that. They don't even understand the projects within their own business group so they hired people in their own race who speak their dialect language to explain it, like a parent does for a child. By that time, it was too late, cause they laid off so many people who the competition hired. Why do you think the survey results are so much in the red compared to previous years? Has any business group brought in a multi Billion euro contact for that spans for only one year and not five years? A billion euro contract for five years is only 200 euros per year. They try so hard to fool shareholders but it keeps back firing.

This is part of Justin’s plan and will make the company more competitive, which is great for the remaining employees. We have to trust leadership.

I just heard about the offer from some older coworkers in the Dallas office. I also heard of people leaving with boxes. I don’t know which group was impacted. It’s kinda crazy here. Some groups are hiring. Is this related to Fixed wireless transition?

I was told there will most likely be additional layoffs, this was off the record. I'm taking it after 34 years but not retirement age..
