Did anybody else watch AP's President, Erik Lindhjem's message? It sounded like layoffs are coming from the way he delivered his news. It sounded like AP business isn't doing so well.

Asia-Pacific now really different already lah, especially system business. Everything also sales, sales, sales, chase number, chase pipeline, chase people, every day pressure only. Since the new PSS VP came in, the culture changed a lot, last time still got balance between customer, people and long-term business, now everything seems to be shouting “where is the order, when can close?” Quite sian, because the pressure itself has become the culture.
AP business has no sign off recovery. Won't be surprised if Erik leaves after Susan. He isn't doing much since he arrived.
