@7mw what about the micromanagement? They promote these incompetent and insecure people into management positions who have nothing better to do than micromanage instead of doing any real work. This is why so many people never leave pearson because they would literally drown in other firms.

Just keep watching those insider man videos and your motivation will spark back. Ask cara or barup, i’m sure there’s a LinkedIn learning video related to motivation
@aa You won't be surprised if I tell you the C-Suites and their cronies, VPs, Directors etc. are fully motivated and working towards Pearson's demise.
