@7a5 yes. Prior to the now defunct Albertsons merger. Makes perfect sense for Kroger as they are not as strong as we are in our markets.

One thing about management is...being part of the team means also acknowledging everyone in the same fashion, it'll make everyone feel included. The longer someone has been doing a job= pay, , Yes they should be earning their pay,.Not many will come in without much training and be able to run things like your best employee . The complaining or comparing makes it a toxic environment. See or hear about someone struggling,? Improvement is generally a universal goal.
