Someone mind explaining why interviewing for all levels for America-based roles is picking up, then? I wouldn't expect to be interviewing an L5 next week if there are going to be layoffs in October.

52 cuts in Washington state. Anyone hear if there will be more at other offices? Are they getting severance or is it perf-related?
When will notice be given to employees? Are they targeting newer hires (less than a year) or older (over 50 with years of experience)? Any particular geographic regions?
