If you return to work for Pepsi after your severance ends, does the company count all your previous years of service towards vacation time ?
Anyone dealt with this situation ?

Why would you come back? No self respect whatsoever!
If I had a severance—hypothetically speaking—I wouldn’t bother reading it or sharing it. I’d just sign the damn thing and head straight to the beach as fast as I could!
@2ay My severance agreement says nothing of the sort. If yours does, they must have really hated you.
Per your severence agreement you cannot come back as a PEP employee. Maybe a contractor but not a PEP employee.
@OP only if you get hired back within two years
@OP yes
Our department shut down, severance out.
Im only in my 50's !
Thought about returning for the benefits, especially.
I was told a separation, that if I took a position with Pepsi, severance would stop.
Just wondering if I found a position after severance ended, would all my years of service count towards vacation.
Your severance included a clause that prevents you from returning to Pepsi. If they let you that would be insane.
That would be an important aspect of negotiating your return… if you are that effing desperate
@OP one year allowed to bridge service
