I was terrified when I got cut. Turned out to be the best career move I never planned. I found a place with actual work-life balance, better pay, and zero dread. They exist.

Attitude is everything; if nothing ever changed, we’d still be riding horses and working on a farm :D
To be fair, Centene overall has pretty good work/life balance unless you are in a call center or case management. Happy for you though. I'm glad everything turned out well.

Agreed! There is life outside this company! Centene wants you to think there isn’t.
@OP It's really funny how this works out. I've been laid off 3 times in my career (other companies, not Centene) and each time I always ended up with a better opportunity.
This is why I don't ever fear layoffs. It has always worked out in my favor.
