Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Layoffs because of Tell Dell Results

Apparently Erik Day and other MB managers are saying they laid people off because sellers said they wanted more accounts in Tell Dell? Has anyone else heard this too?

How incredibly insulting!!

Don’t work with Erik Day, but he was on Kyle’s town hall. That dude has the most nasal voice. He absolutely needs some speech therapy or accent coaching lessons.

What garbage. I can assure you that no seller said they wanted more accounts and more work. If anything the feedback was opposite. Less accounts and less work.

"sellers said they wanted more accounts"

You mean Account Executives wanted more accounts? Why would you lay people off that want more accounts? The rationale is the more I have, the more potential business. But of course, the more accounts, the higher the quotas.

I don't think people would get let go over this.

Glad to see you guys are finally figuring it out. All Tell Dell has ever been was a documented "hit list" to retaliate against those who actually had the balllz to speak their mind and tell the truth in Tell Dell. They know exactly who you are. Anyone d-mb enough to believe it was anonymous has no business working in Tech.
