Any CSAs hear anything? I havent seen or heard about any customer service advocates getting hit? Not member services but people who have customer service advocate behind their name on teams? Nearly my whole team has been here over 2 years so idk if they accepted the vsp or declined it. Not sure if any of us will have a job soon

@OP September 1st 2026 will be my one year and I have been a CSA from the time I was hired. Not just CS??

@b7 Do you mean AI workers or contractors?
@b3 reach out to HR and ask what the protocol is for retaliation etc. They told me zero tolerance and what do do if it happens which truthfully it already is. I know HR Can be a joke but get your paper trail going, document EVERYTHING!
People are mean! And money hungry! And brown noses! Hang in there you are not alone
It may depend on the location but 100% some member advocate positions are being replaced with contact worker.

I know a lot of people that took it and they are leaving September 4th… no one is saying anything due to fears of what may happen if they say something and honestly now in our department, we’re being micromanage like a motherf----rand nitpick for every fu--ing thing!
I only know of one person who took it and they are leaving in December. I’m sure there’s more but no one is saying anything.
