Still waiting to receive the severance pay! No response or notification from anyone. If you got paid, was it direct deposited or received a check?

@OP did they mention any date/ period/ amount in severance document?
@ae found the NetApp stooge. No state requires three months before severance is paid.
Holy cow - has ANYONE been paid out? That's three months! I guess when they figured out they could break the law and steal our accrued vacation time, they are just going to steal blatantly.

Thanks! Will it be in the form of a direct deposit or check mailed? I am out of state currently, so if they mailed a check, I will not now
@OP check your separation agreement and your state laws about severance review, payout and revocation periods. It's going to vary per your state and agreement terms. Good luck.
