all of Medicare Telesales sales gone
Yes. Medicare configuration lost people. Marketplace configuration also lost people. This is just getting started.

Yes, can’t say more but 7 people from my Medicare team were laid off.
It's going to affect all departments to some degree at some point. More and more federal cuts coming.
If layoffs are because of declining membership. I expect medicare should have minimal impact. Marketplace and medicaid might be the epicenter
