Any new layoffs or news today? I feel so in the dark on whats going on as PLs are not discussing much. Our team was not impacted, but we have several who took VSP. We were also told that PHCO BH was safe for August. But I know that with so many other departments that WERE impacted, that is going to trickle down and affect us all. I keep waiting for that "transparency" that is preached about at every town hall.....

I was told safe but no way in he-l do I believe that!!! I’m looking elsewhere and preparing for a layoff in December or the 1st quarter of 2027.

I’m confused about the language that was used in that meeting too. They were told BH was safe for August and would t address questions regarding September and beyond.
@a1 Safe only meaning we had no layoffs on my team THIS month.....but I am sure there will be some to happen in the upcoming months. So "safe" isn't really safe, its just safe for the next couple of weeks. But even if we don't lose folks on my current team, I have no doubt extra work will trickle down to us or there will be "restructuring"..........
