Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

People stress out when the source of their income shows signs of unreliability. Not being in control makes the uncertainty worse, not better. Bottom line

He-l even if you have enough saved to weather a job loss. The job market ain't exactly welcoming right now

@ab well said! very few skip level managers (from a Tech foot soldier's perspective) are meaningful ever. For every 2 dummy layers - there is one that holds together and then a dummy then a meaningful and finally at the top is one who calls "baby ugly"!

Maybe because it's a place of employment for thousands of people who rely on income to provide for their families and expect to be treated decently by upper management who receive egregious bonuses based on the hard work done by the "little People" who are truly responsible for keeping this company functioning through crisis, never ending scandals, abysmal leadership, constant gas lighting, absence of any shred of praise or appreciation but willfully continue to get into a car each day, fight traffic, remain confident their contribution does make a significant difference. Whew, please do not criticize my run on sentence as any downvotes will result in my immediate termination. Basically, I commend all the peeps in the trenches (we all know wars are not won in a planning room but by the sacrificial lambs - - - hmmmm, I am craving a gyro now).
