It's true about logging into USAA tech is a pain in the a-s. I've worked for several very large companies (larger than USAA...banks, health care, and private companies) and USAA is by far the slowest tech I've worked with. I think a lot of the issues have to do with the duct tape and binder twine they use to keep everything together. I've never worked for such a disorganized company in my life. I feel sorry for people still working there.
Can't wait for that day when the Teams mastermind gets fired. And we'll all celebrate as he packs up his Teams with him.
Anybody who dislikes or go against MS Teams gets fired.
I am guessing that OP is alluding to the recent MS Teams mandate that significantly drags down all our machines. Yes, I too, took about 25 minutes today to boot up. I've been here for decades and this is the first time I'm having very slow machine response time. I've gone to Helpdesk and they seem to be clueless as well. Blame em all to MSTeams.
Are you living in a cave and using Windows95 or something? lol
This post is d-mb. If you have a problem with the tech, complaining about it here won't change anything. Open a ticket, escalate to your manager, and don't allow them to close the ticket until there's a resolution. Do something impactful instead just of whining about it.
The more I have to wait for tech, the less work I have to do. Sounds good to me.
