@OP What state are you in? What's your local?
@OP Thats wrong again as usual.
@en “Union” doesn’t offer a eisp the company does.
The union doesn't want anyone to leave. They need the members and the dues. Hence the expensive medical costs of you retire. Keeps you here. The only option the company has is to give a medical incentive IPP
Shock of the century. You mean the union isn't going to let everyone walk out at once? What a total mystery why. If they actually offered it across the board, there’d be a stampede to the exits, the halls would be empty, and the leadership might actually have to put down the coffee, get off their ergonomic chairs, and remember what a tool belt feels like. Can’t have that. "Fighting for the membership"—as long as the membership stays trapped paying dues.
I been waiting since last February.i was all set to go. I held off based on the information on this forum. If an EISP is close it is an extra 100k.
July 1st!!!
Too late now for a 3rd quarter eisp, so bring on the 4th quarter.
They have eisp every year but for clerks and a small amount of tech jobs so probably true.
Empty barrels make the most noise…
@OP Don’t worry guys, it’s coming! Those who are waiting for a package to retire hang on, it’s almost here. Oh wait, it’s not gonna be October. I heard February, no wait April.
@aq I have also heard the same with October
First it was supposed to be June, the 8/18…..how good is this info?
No sense offering everything. The work force is so old. It will shrink all on its own
Does it really matter? I know it’s not getting to me, so I know I’m gonna be here a little longer. 2-3 years tops.
