Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Burning the candle at both ends

I come home so drained I can't even do basic things. My days off are just sleep recovery. I'm honestly not sure how much longer I can do this.

@ag I wish McKinsey's own workplace culture was bad. Never mind, the average tenure of their (+Bain and BCG) useless, glorified consultants that topped their class with 0 experience are leaving every 2-3 years.

McKinsey told the SAP execs to make the culture really bad, make employees fight amongst each other, increase fear mongering and reduce appraisals and benefits using consistent reorgs and performance management. The idea is that many employees will leave without asking for severance. So far it is working so well that the supervisory board has chosen to increase executive payouts even more.
