Positive the employee value proposition that will be rolled will only be favorable to the ones who decided what the change would be.

Is it a band 4 and up program? I haven't heard anything about it.

Let me elaborate some of their previously failed "rollouts":
S.O.F. - The biggest joke of them all. They thought that they were going to make me put green, yellow, and red stickers on MY TOOLBOX...go pound sand. I laughed at them and told them to fire me (I told them that all of the time, but they didn't. I left them instead, you should have seen their faces....PRICELESS!!).
6 sigma - is it 6S or 5S? They kept changing it to include "safety", then changing it back to 5S, because "safety" belongs on its own...yeah right. Learn how to wear your PPE first!!
"Lean" manufacturing - a TOTAL FAIL!! This is only beneficial if you are making a large quantity of products, not 1, 2, or 5 piece orders.
Root cause analysis - take your "fishbone diagram" and shove it up your a$$ (tail first). Absolutely nobody uses that at the Aero location that I used to work for. We made fun of it.
I'm sure whatever B.S. plan they are rolling out will fail miserably just as the other instances that I gave did.
If this meant to make it seem like they care about their employees? They don't. They only care about themselves.
